GDRA The purpose of this
organization shall be to promote better real estate relations between Realtors;
and between Realtors and the general public; and to promote the general welfare
of the greater Dublin Area.

Events
- REALTOR® Care Day, June 6, 2012 is the day REALTORS®, affiliates, family and friends
of central Ohio have the opportunity to show their communities REALTOR® care. With careful
planning, preparation and the dedication of many volunteers it is amazing what is accomplished
in one day. Thanks to all that volunteered with our two GDRA projects this year!

Registration & Practice Range Open @ 11:30am... with a Shotgun Start @ 1:00pm (eat lunch b-4

Sponsorship Opportunities / Exposure as well! (see attached doc) Start spreading the word
in your offices... and let’s have some FUN and celebrate the busy spring market!
- CBR Affordable Housing Committee Super Sunday Open House, Sunday, June
17th from 1-4 pm They are trying to encourage Realtors to sign up their listings that are
$150,000 and below. All you have to do is access this link http://www.columbusrealtors.com/
SuperSunday. On that page you will be able to access a registration form with instructions
on how to sign up (and the deadline for that is Friday, June 8).
- Realtor Morning at the BIA Parade of Homes... Monday, June 18th from
9:00-11:00 @ The Meadows at Lewis Center. Plan to attend a morning at the BIA Parade of
Homes. See what's new in the industry in the way of floor plans, interior design and outdoor
living areas. Meet the builders and their talented teams. There will be plenty of drawings
so don't forget your business cards. There is no cost to attend, however, a Realtor business
card is needed for admittance.

- 2012 Membership Dues - It is time to pay your annual dues of $20 and or $22 online.
Please complete a Membership Form and bring your dues to the GDRA meeting this Friday.

Meeting Time and Location
- We now meet at THE RUSTY BUCKET in
the Giant Eagle center (6644 Perimeter Loop Road). The meetings remain at 9:00AM on
Fridays - New location!
- If Dublin schools are cancelled or delayed, our meeting is cancelled.

- Breakfast Sponsors: Please contact Dwight Eberhart to sponsor a breakfast. Contact Dwight
at Dwight.Eberhart@realliving.com or 614-221-7400 to volunteer. The breakfast
sponsor has the opportunity to speak about themselves at the beginning of
the meeting, is the only one able to place information on the tables, is
noted as the sponsor on the web site and the weekly tour sheet.

Tour rules -
There is availability for homes and lunches on upcoming
tours. Homes are available for tour from 9:30 - 11:30AM.
- If you have a home on tour, you must participate in the caravan.
Please complete your tour requests at www.gdraweb.com. Contact Courtney Kidd,
Tour Director at 614-832-5351 with any questions ( cokidd@nvrinc.com ).
- If you would like to hold a luncheon at the end of the tour, please schedule date with Courtney.
- Homes must be either in Dublin school district and/or the city of Dublin.
